Added a voting option, last time I spoke with you guys it was 3-2-1
Also, some people were saying 'if we do X, I want to play Y instead, so party makeup might get flopped/changed/battered/raped' so I just wanted to plop a discussion down. Right now it looks like Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil, which is level 4-14 and I can totally convert to 5th (A fair amount of the monsters are already IN THE BESTIARY) and Seeker of Shadows is about as easy to convert (some snow creatures like the Chraal are not in 5th yet)

I think we should mix them both. Visit a Temple of Primary Horror inside the world of Kellyria. Problem solved. And if we don't like where the Temple is taking us storyline wise, we can always tweek, since it sounds like Brett's going to be doing some conversion work anyways. If anything, it gives him a chance to focus on the story and focus less on building up combat encounters (which he can of course, still do if he has a ballin' idea, either simply adding the encounter to the list or substituting one that he doesn't like in the module for one of his own, but the onus isn't entirely on him to do EVERYTHING.)

Your mother likes bacon.
Also, decided I liked Old Kellryia better. Nothing against RttToEE, but I kinda miss Kellryia. And redheaded elves.

D&D FIFTH, SUCKAS.
FUCK YEAH MOTHAFUCKAS.
Ok, seriously.
Roll stats, 4d6 drop lowest.
It's in Dalris, in the Kingdom At War setting of Kellryia, that's NEW Kellryia.
If you have questions, ask away. I'll be modeling the story AROUND BACKSTORIES so if you want to be involved, be sure to give me something to play with.
Also, 3rd level.

D&D Next: Kingdom at War
Dalris. Currently one of the rare places of the world not torn apart by war is still affected by internal conflict. The clans lack unity and several believe Cameron is leading them to their doom. Most clans stand resolute and support the King, fighting in the north and east to fend of Kaelrin and Shallys whilst their allies in their north keep the legion busy. With Auzrend occupied by Ildirin, trying to keep Cascade under control and Kezek'Thar harassing Adra, Dalris is, for once, relatively at peace, despite their soldiers being sent off to fight.
A temporary stalemate caused by the hordes of the Frostreach have given the Dalrissians some reprieve from the fighting, but they know it is only a matter of time before another general decides to march upon the highlands.
Claddenborough
Claddenborough is a large town situated on one of the largest bodies of water in Dalris: Skelpit Lake and the river nearby flows down into Brandhold, one of the greatest bastions in Dalris, although that is hundreds of miles away. Claddenborough itself sits atop the northern highlands of Dalris, near the Kaelrin border and features a vast amount of trade. The fields below yield crops and allow for grazing beasts and the nearby forests have lumber and pelts for hunters. It is situated near the base of Keldil Mountain where several iron mines are dug out and to put in plainly: there is little that Claddenborough can't access.
Claddenborough is run by Clan Mac-en-Leigh which was originally pureblood human but ever since earlier involvement with the west happened has a fair amount of half snow-elves running through, with the occasional elf marrying into it. The leader of the clan, a half-snow elf half human man known by Grendrin, is considered a fine leader. Mac-en-Leigh's flag is a hammer held over a blue banner, lined in grey, or more recently silver.
The place has many shops that are well known in the nearby area, Thistledown Pestle run by Valiendra is perhaps the most successful alchemy shop in all of northern Dalris. The elven lass constantly is making potions, antitoxins and tries to stay out of the bickering between clans. A gnome by Pfibmar has moved here from Hammerfast, having learned smithing from the dwarves. He apparently has a supply of mithril he's been using to craft some of the finest blades from.
The Herdsman's Rest has a supply of elven wine as well as local favorites, such as barley ale and honey mead. Many travelers stop by here when passing through and there's always a few bards telling stories and singing songs. If one seeks shelter without proper coin, a temple to both Raethor and Alton are erected, providing shelter for those unfortunate enough, as well as offering services and prayer.
The Whitehelm Blades is a guild run by the human Drossum Bahr, a man from the south. He's retired in Dalris, running essentially what is a band of mercenaries although he's fairly picky with the jobs and runs a bounty board for independent mercenaries. His competition is the Hillman's Clan, though not an official recognized Clan. Essentially runs a similar business but rumor has it for a few gold extra they're willing to ignore details and overlook certain obstacles, such as the law. The Hillman Clan has been becoming more successful and is far less picky with guild membership, although both offer good benefits.
There is an abandoned Crimson Mage guild tower on the north side of town. It was destroyed with the Pandemic Rifts, when one of the portals to Kaelrin consumed the entire top of the tower, it is one of the few ruins nearby.
Another ruin being in the nearby Crosier Forest, the Hold of Haelbog. The greatest problem is it has been uninhabited for decades and the roads are no longer maintained, but sitting atop a hill above the forest, is easily seen atop Claddenborough. Likewise the other ruin being deeper inland, in the hills: The Hall of Archmage Zelfeth. Zelfeth fought in the Pandem Strifes and ultimately met his demise during that time. His entire keep went haywire and is supposedly haunted by the Archmage's spirit.
On a more tame note, travel between Claddenborough and the nearby towns is fairly safe, although word of bandits has been increasing, the roads are maintained and often traveled. Greenway path leads to the east towards Quelondaril, a city that used to be part of Shallys in the age of the Old Empire, and to the west towards Merrisport, a town situated on the lake, at the base of the loch leading south. The road leading south out of Claddenborough is known as Stone Valley Road and leads towards Stone Valley Town and Derrowmane, both smaller than Claddenborough.
