Torinn leans back in his chair, taking a drink of ale.
"Regardless of how grim, some things just don't work out the way that are mentioned. Hand me a copy the you made, and let us hope that things become much more clearer in the future. How long should it take for you to get the information that I need for the Earthsoul Temple?"

Eldrac hands over the scroll case, "I'm not sure, the Temple is far from here. You'd might be best asking elsewhere, I only came to Tenebar Forest because the Firesoul Temple was close by."

Guys, having trouble with the Pathfinder character, I've basically narrowed it down to two ideas:
Daisy stays in, but gets repurposed into a more "classic" rogue type character to avoid dealing too much with weird gun rules (Brett explicitly stated basic Pathfinder rules; the guns are not basic Pathfinder rules). Keeps ranged as an option (with the high dex) but focuses more on flanking opponents and shortswording her way to victory.
New character comes in, Monk (probably human, maybe something else), someone from this blighted world. Heavier melee combatant with a liberal amount of grappling and such implied. Youtube for "Street Fighter 3" or "4" and the name "Makoto" if you want some examples of my inspiration here. Backstory isn't fleshed out, but I think the idea of someone who simply by their monk vows and codes CANNOT turn down any sort of challenge (but prefers not to see them at a bloody end) is the premise.
Beelzebub-Affection-Giver voted for monk when I talked to him, I wanted to see other people's opinions.

The reason for my vote for monk is for having another person that could actually be up there in the front lines as quickly as me without much hassle.

Either one seems good to me. My only concern if we have no rogue would be our relative lack of sneaky/trap disarmyness. I'm interested to see what you do flavorwise with the monk. I think strawberry would be delicious.

Earthsoul Temple Prophecy
The chosen of Ellysia will bear witness to the dawn of a new age where there will be only one ruler instead of three as the Great One said. That ruler shall be creator and the other two shall forever suffer a hundred deaths each die in eternal torment.
Those of her twin will cross over during a time of strife and combat the rulers of Ellysia in their quest to find the one true goal. These travelers will be lost for some time before finding their true course.
Ritus.
When Ritus is found in the other's twin, salvation will be brought to those who survive the pandemic effect. During this strife, should Ritus remain unsought, both twins will end in a calamitous disaster.
While at least one twin is alive, life can go on and although seperated aeons ago, at one time these twins had been together. Creator suffered a most vile betrayal and thus the two were severed, torn apart never to be truly whole again until the day when Ritus is found. Though glorious, when Ritus grants salvation to one twin, will return utter annihilation to the other.
Firesoul Temple Prophecy
The Firelord will meet with the travelers and grant them the insight to find one twin. The Firelord's omen will doom one of the travelers but the rest will do their best to dethrone the Rulers of Ellysia.
One Traveler will be chosen by Creator. The one named Darah will possess souls from both twins and will bring harm to Creator. Her efforts will in every way hinder the Creators progress but she will meet resistance by both Rulers of Old and Champions of New.
The Champions of New will be brilliant and ruthless and as long as they remain on Ellysia, it is certain they will fall. The rulers of Ellysia will be tasked to vanquish these new champions after Darah has been slain, or else all is lost...
The Firelord will fall into disfavor for his actions but will be known as a legend amongst his kind.
