Each attack that hit instead inflicts ongoing 5 fire damage to all opponents hit instead of weapon damage.
Flaming Greataxe -- Melee Weapon Enhancement +1 -- You gain a +1 to all attack and damage rolls when you use this weapon. Critical -- Your criticals inflict +1d6 more fire damage - At-Will Power: Flaming Weapon -- At will as a free action, you can make all damage you deal with this weapon inflict fire damage and have the fire subtype with all attacks. As a free action, you can end this effect. - Daily Power: Ember Lash -- Once per day when you hit with this weapon, you may inflict an additional 1d6 fire and have the enemy take ongoing 5 fire damage (save ends).
Bloodcut Dire Wolf Hide -- Hide Armor Enhancement +1 -- You gain a +1 bonus to AC when you wear this hide armor. - At-Will Power: Blood Armor -- As a free action you can spend a healing surge, if you do you gain a resistance of 10 to all damage until the end of your next turn.
