Shoot... Now where did everyone go?
*munch munch munch* Taking small bites of the bread, she continues at a leisurely pace away from the baker's place and in the direction that everyone started dashing.
[Keeping an eye out for Red-Cloak, ol' Eyepatch, a mass of cloth, or Swordsy]

Midorii, after some unsuccessful searching, you find "'ol eyepatch" but no one else. The bazaar is in quite a bit of disarray, apparently no one has defeated a patroller before.
Alexander, your search reveals the dragontail elf with the halberd. She seems to be inquiring around about the people with the skirmish involving the red-cloaked man
----
The red-cloaked man turns to Elladan, "Assassin! Murderer, you come to me, why, if not to kill me?"
Nazia, these accusations you believe are true, whether they reveal the whole story may not be so clear. You notice he is armed, but the 'assassin' is wielding no weapon.

Hmmm, I dont know if I should trust this person... she sticks out like a dragon...
Alexander will keep his distance, until he can find the others in the fight, or the Red cloaked man...

Seeing ol' Eyepatch over there...
"Hey, you." [shouts]
Walking over there, she gets a smirk on her face. "Hey, weren't you one of the people that fought that big metal thing? You know, you could seriously use some pointers on fighting. I saw your little spatter with the guards earlier, and keeping your hands behind your back is no way to defend yourself."
"'Sides, where'd those other people get off to? You know, that little pipsqueak and Swordsy... You did see them, right?"

Aleryia bridles at bit at being told to get her 'stupid questions' out of the way, but decides to look past that. This matter is clearly one of the utmost importance. She sits across from the gnome, and prepares her questions, she does not feel threatened by this gnome and feels no urgency to make any display of weapons herself.
"My friend, I will pass on the alcohol, it is no friend to me. However, I thank you for the offer. Questions? Of those I have many. Firstly, Who is Lady Lothia and the Selzvold? Secondly, how am I supposed to deliver these letters to people I do not know, nor know how to reach? What kind of mission do you wish to send me and these others on? Why and How were my 'talents' brought to the attention of yourself and your surperiors? Finally, a reward was mentioned, on this point I am quite willing to negotiate, not wanting anyone to be taken advantage of. Unless you prefer to negotiate that point when the others have been contacted?"

((Cliff does not have internet until Friday. I am texting him what is going on and he is texting back his responses))
Elladin glances at the man. "To learn what one such as yourself was doing in such a common place. However, as you seem to know what I am somehow, I would know what you know of the sanctuary's destruction."
--------
The man's presence compels her to both flee, yet stay. How would she hear what was said if she fled? Her skeptical glance at his hands shows she does not trust that he would not pull out a hidden dagger from his sleeve, as she would. Knowing that this man could very well kill her disconcerts her, though she wouldn't see why he would, for he and her of are the same.
Reminding herself that she found the noble first feeds her ego and she has information that he doesn't. Her expression turns back to one of smug as she says, "Even I know who you are. I do believe your punishment was quite public if I'm not mistaken. Lucky for you that I make a home here. Congratulations on your freedom." The last is dripping with sarcasm and is paired with a mock bow.
--------
He studies the silver elf, ignoring her smug attitude. "Thank you. It certainly is a relief to be out." He returns his attentioin to the noble, confident that the elf has little idea of his true nature.

OOC: The Selzvold are the silver elves. A magical race of elves with innate mastery of arcane magic. Favoring wizards, this race is considered the direct descendant of the high elves. I'll answer any questions you would have known out of character like this and it will be assumed your character didn't ask the question. The gnome grins, although he does give off the idea that he enjoys knowing more than others, it is warm and somehow comforting. "Lady Lothia is a wealthy noble, but her meddling has brought danger to many. I think she sent more of you than this, but I assume the messages were intercepted... by you, it seems. She never did intend for you to carry the letters. I think your messenger was killed, it was a miracle that one of you received the note. This mission is required because of necessity. This power-mad robber-baron has gone too far with his unnecessarily strict laws and his newfound use of arcane power. I don't know if it's like he's got power or not, but he knows someone, or is himself, very powerful. I know she's had a few spies on several people, and it's a good thing, I've watched you, and one other. I don't know how you all fit in, the other person I studied is a skilled assassin who recently escaped jail, but I had to use magic, rather... potions from an alchemist, to elude his detection." He begins twiddling his dagger, "The reward? Yes, wealth. Although the reward for me is to free these people of their tyrannical ruler. I believe "land" was mentioned as opposed to actual gold, but ownership of earth is far greater. We've actually... not spoken with the others yet. This was an impromptu visit, I was not to be involved, but we've been found out and two are dead." He sighs and looks over, "Well, if this hasn't scared you off, tell me now." --- The noble sighs. "I had nothing to do with your sanctuary's destruction, but I do not appreciate the Nightscape Clan's presence. If they are in my city, I know not of it, but I'd hope they had better not be. I know of you for your deeds, assassin, thief, and many more. You should have stayed behind bars, criminal!" He turns to Nazia, "Do not trust him, he will deceive you long enough for you to be useful and twist a knife in your back." Actions: ALL

Ell sneers. "I should have seen from the start that you were a servant of the fool who claims lordship over this city. I dared hope there would be someone among your kind who would stand and aid these people, but I see now that each is as much a coward as the next. I'll must find my own way it seems."
To Nazia: "I do not ask for your trust, nor shall you receive mine until it is earned." He begins walking away.

The red-cloaked noble's demeanor shifts dramatically. "Do not accuse me of allying with that bastard baron! I have come here to end his work, not to help him!" he hisses, his face now a veneer of anger.

Ell turns, "Then why do you seek to drive me away instead of drawing me in? If you know of the brotherhood, you know my purpose and that I would be helpful."

Ell turns, "Then why do you seek to drive me away instead of drawing me in? If you know of the brotherhood, you know my purpose and that I would be helpful." "The brotherhood is a band of anarchists and criminals seeking revenge for wrongdoings against them that they had coming for them. Affiliation with you is ruining my reputation, albeit... what I'm doing will already do that anyway."

"So be it. I shall continue alone then. Perhaps another will be able to accept my aid. Reputation matters not to me, only the decree."
--------
Nazia only mentally grins as she learns of this information, knowing that she has found men of use to her. Looking to the noble she asks, "Then can he not aid you as I am. Why not allow him the knowledge you have given me?"
